If you are not happy in the first 30 days, we refund your monthly fee. Simple.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Setup is $0 and service is month-to-month: cancel anytime. Plus, you have the 30-day guarantee.
Do I own the domain and site?
The domain is registered in your business's name. If you ever leave, you keep it.
Does the AI receptionist say it is AI?
Yes. It introduces itself as your business's virtual assistant. If a call is recorded, callers are told up front, as Nevada requires.
How many call minutes does the AI receptionist include?
Siempre Abierto includes 300 call minutes a month and Agenda Llena includes 500. Extra minutes are $0.30 each, or add the 150-minute pack for $39 a month.
Do SMS reminders and social posts start on day one?
They start as soon as the carrier and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) registrations are approved. That usually takes a few days to 2 weeks; everything else is up and running in the meantime.
